Proactive Personality and Entrepreneurial Intentions among Nigerian Students

The youth unemployment especially among graduates in Nigeria is at all-time high. study explored the moderating role of perceived institutional support relationship between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intentions students. employed survey cross-sectional research design. purposive sampling technique 1000 pieces questionnaire were administered students four federal universities Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto Zamfara states out which 627 valid used for analyses. statistical package social sciences (SPSS) to run preliminary analyses such as detection missing value, outliers, multicollinearity test normality. Structural equation model (SmartPLS) was measurement structural models. findings revealed that have positive significant effect selected institutions. Furthermore, significantly moderated recommended institutions should develop intentions. One way achieving this through inclusion education, guidance counselling boost Future studies can also conduct a longitudinal against cross-survey by properly ascertain established or otherwise constructs study.
